FAQs

Will I receive hazard pay for working at a facility with COVID?

When you book a shift at a facility with an "active" COVID status, you may receive an hourly increase of up to $2/hr on top of the shift's available pay rate. This increase varies by shift and is automatically determined by a pricing algorithm to improve the experience of the healthcare professionals and facilities using our platform.

  • Any hazard pay that is available for your shift will already be included within the shift's listed pay rate and cannot be adjusted.

Do you have a referral program?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What happens if I am late to a shift?

You are always expected to arrive on time and ready to work at the shift’s scheduled start time. Since we understand this won’t always be possible, this article will cover what you can do and what you should expect if you are running late to a shift.

 Contact the facility

  • CALL AND MESSAGE FACILITY and let them know you are running late.

  • Provide the facility with your ETA.

This leaves a record of your notice and also provides a courtesy to the facility. Failure to communicate your tardiness before your shift will automatically result in a NO CALL NO SHOW penalty.

What happens next?

Clipboard Health does not immediately issue a penalty against your account. However, the facility is not required to accept your late arrival after you have given notice - you are expected to be on time.

  • The facility can decline or approve your late arrival.

  • If they decline your late arrival - you will receive an NCNS PENALTY

  • If they approve your arrival - you will work your shift without receiving a penalty.
